Project #21 - Cabinet Makeover

I had this cabinet for about seven years.

I think it was the first piece of furniture I bought especially for my first flat. I saw it in the IKEA catalog one day, I went to buy it first thing the next day.

I loved, loved, loved it!
I loved the industry style, I loved the red, I loved the size, I loved the doors, I loved everything about it.

I loved it for seven years...

But recently, I was a little bit over the red. I still loved the cabinet, but it was too red for me, for this corner and for the more grown up style I try to achieve at the moment.

So I decided to not get rid of it, but paint it!

White, neutral, grown up.

I used normal spray paint, sprayed all parts two times, all worked well.

And I love it again!

I could have bought it again in white, it is in the shop in this colour at the moment, but you know, I like a little bit of upcycling much more!
